Webi currently have a subscription to headspace, but i will not be renewing when it expires. Headspace was fine a few years ago, but the focus of the meditations and the platform. Webwhat are your thoughts on the headspace app? I’m debating between getting a subscription between headspace vs calm. Could any of you provide me your own input. Webheadspace is a fantastic app for beginners and long time practitioners alike! It’s true that headspace lacks in variety, but meditation needn’t be complicated to be good. Webhello, i can definitely say that the headspace app is worth it. They have meditation courses (sets of guided meditations that build on each other) that are geared towards those.
